I found this bike rack to be very sturdy and easy to use. It held our two e-bikes securely, they did not touch each other or the vehicles we use with it, once we got the rack components adjusted appropriately. These bikes weigh about 120 lbs together which is the specified maximum weight capacity of the rack. I suspect that this is a conservative number and the rack could probably handle a little more weight. It was quick to install, after sliding into the receiver, one large bolt held the rack in place tightly without play or rattles. I noticed three things that it would be good to be aware of, should you choose this rack:
(1) The threaded hole in the rack's insert did not line up perfectly with the corresponding holes in the receivers of either of our vehicles, it seemed to be a little low. But I was able to get the bolt inserted and tightened on the right side of the receiver. I had tried the left side first. The threads did not seem to be completely tapped, to the point where I couldn't tighten it all the way, and they distorted the threads on the bolt a bit. It still worked ok on the right side, though, I was able to get it nice and tight.
(2) The finish looks nice but can chip pretty easily, and rust will show up quickly. I advise using some satin black spray point to touch up any nicks if you want to keep it looking nice.
(3) The rack is very adjustable and has large easy-to-grip knobs to lock the movable components in place. Make sure these are very tight. And, it seems like the bikes settle a bit when you're traveling. I found that it is a good idea to stop after you've gone a way (say 10 miles or so) and check to make sure the bikes are as snug as you want them. I found they had loosened, allowing some play fore and aft, and needed to be re-adjusted, especially the two retention hooks on the vertical bar. Some of other the knobs also seemed to have loosened a bit, and needed retightening. On a recent trip of 165 miles, they did not need a second adjustment, just one.
Overall I am very pleased with the rack and have no regrets for having purchased it!
Very easy to assemble. For the price, I was expecting a little lesser Quality, but very happy that it was heavy duty, Hauls 2 electric bikes with ease.

I was going to return but decided to keep item. After assembly item appears plenty sturdy and well built. Would recommend.
